The vision of National Alliance of Highway Beautification Agencies (NAHBA) is to serve as a think-tank to develop innovative ideas to the challenges and issues involved with the implementation of the Federal Highway Beautification Act and the control of outdoor advertising, junkyard, scenic and beautification programs.
