The National Alliance of Highway Beautification Agencies (NAHBA) has eight objectives:

| 1. |
Provide a forum for free and open discussion of developments and challenges in highway beautification. |
| 2. |
Present to appropriate organizations, groups, or individuals, a unified voice on those matters involving highway beautification. |
| 3. |
Provide communications and services to all members, such as a semiannual newsletter and website, that will inform, educate, and provide a forum for discussion of trends and issues related to highway beautification.

| 4. |
Provide a uniform response to the Federal Highway Administration on policies and regulations affecting highway beautification.
|
| 5. |
Promote and encourage consistent program development and uniform interpretation of the federal statutes and regulations governing highway beautification. |
| 6. |
Study, evaluate, and recommend innovative concepts to strengthen highway beautification program compliance. |
| 7. |
Promote information networking to members through annual meetings, training seminars, and published materials.

Promote programs that will familiarize the motoring public with the benefits of highway beautification. |
